I ordered an outfit back in November for my son for Christmas. It was $50 with $6 shipping so the charge was $56 total. It did not come in time for Christmas and I tracked the shipping several times. Then the tracking stopped because it said shipping was fraudulent and the merchandise was confiscated. I emailed the company and they said they would send out another outfit but wanted to charge me again. After fighting with them for weeks, they said (via email) they sent another item but never sent me a confirmation email or new tracking number. I gave it until January and never received anything.

About 2 weeks ago, I asked for a full refund and they refused until I emailed over 10-15 times. Then the company offered only a $50 refund (not the shipping) so I agreed. That was on January 23rd. I still haven't received any refund or merchandise I purchased back on November 22, 2025.
