Ordered product, received text order received and shipped.. Shipping link not valid. Several emails to customer service with no response. Product never received and still NO RESPONSE FROM THE ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL FOUND ..

I saw an ad on facebook about a curling iron. I was intrigued and followed the link provided to gold curler. I purchased the curling iron i just saw in the ad and saved almost 200. I spent 39.99. Upon receipt of my purchase i was sent a confirmation. Later that same week( 2 business days) i was sent an email that my order was shipped, but was alarmed that there was no tracking information. After 45 days of purchase according to the website, they are not obligated to send a refund or send product. It has been almost 45 days, i still have jo received the product. I have sent 3 emails regarding this matter, with zero response or acknowledgement from gold.curler, or it's staff. I have been scammed out.of 40 dollars that i can't get back. Do not buy from here.

I saw an ad on Instagram for a curler/straight Iron. I placed an order through the advertising link, seemed legit. It’s been over a month and no product, a generic tracking status showing its on its way (but no actual tracking number), and I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response.

Ordered from their online web page on the 5th of September, it is now the 9th of October. I received an email saying my shipment was sent and should arrive within a week, then it was to arrive on Sept 26 due to a delay. I have contacted the company via the only means possible a customer service email, ten times with no response. There is not a phone number to contact them either. Huge scam!!!

I ordered this item through a Facebook advertisement. They were a lot of people purchasing this deal. I received an conformation email that I would receive this product on 9/29. I have not received this to date. I have tried to contact them through email (their website) 5 times and no response.

I purchased a hair straightener through an Instagram advertisement and it resembled the TYME curler...supposedly it was $39.99 marked down from $190.00 (the price of the TYME curler). I purchase it and waited a month and nothing came. There is no phone number to call on their website, only a customer support email address which gets you nowhere. I have reached out to them several times even threatening to report them and I have received nothing. I just lost $39.99 and I’m about to contact my bank to resolve this issue.

I purchased a gold curler, curling iron on 9/3/2018. I received a text message alert stating they received my order and I would receive a text alert when my order shipped. I received a second text message alert on 9/18/2018, stating my package shipped. There was a tracking link. This link is invalid. I sent a email to the company with no response. I can't find a phone number to call. I haven't received my package. I tried to call the number on the text message and it's just a busy signal and then it disconnect you. And they took the money out of my account. I tried to go back on there page to order another one to see if I could get a contact number, and when you go to check out, it gives error message invalid check out.

I ordered the iron off the internet and it said that shipped and I would have it by the 20th of September, I emailed them and now being told that it will be another 7 days or so. I have went back to the website and lots of people are claiming to have money taking out and product was never received.

Saw an ad on Instagram for a cheap curler/straightener on sale for $39.95. It sounded too good to be true but they had a website and reviews so it looked some what legit. I also thought since it was on Instagram that it had to be a verified business. I received a text message said my curler has been shipped, but a month now I haven't received anything. I was not provided with a tracking number and the company only has an email to contact the company for support - which they don't return their emails. After feeling like I had been taken I decided to read reviews on the BBB, and have read the exact same scam reports from other people from both GoldCurler.com and also people think they also go by Trendyiron.com as well. I reported this to the credit card company today as fraudulant and cancelled my card.

Purchased curling iron. $39.95 deal on Facebook. Got the confirmation email. Shortly I realized the whole thing looks fishy. I did some online research and found they use another website for the same scam. Trendyiron.com.

I canceled my cc. Luckily only lost $40.
