This company appeared when I searched for Global Tel Link, this company is Global Tel Linc or Global Tel Net, they advertise showing that they will fund a phone account for GTL which is the phone company that associates with the DOC, they have you sign up, ask for a card number many sites do this but then shortly after you realize without consent you’ve been charged $45.99 without consent! You request a refund through the site never get it. Send an email, they’ll reply your account is active and tell you how to use it, then after more emails they’ll tell you you agreed to terms and conditions of $14.99 as a non refundable fee, but how when you never even consented for $45.99 to be taken? They’ll deny and deny your refund. They are false advertising and stealing money because these services can NOT be used with any jail. I listed their website and email above.
