Global Entry Assist Reports & Reviews (10)

oI was applying for Global Entry and was redirected to this site. I continued filling out the application. Upon payment, I received a fraud notice from my bank, which is when I realized this was a scam.

When I Googled “Global Entry Application” their website “Apply Global Entry” showed up at the top of the list. It looks like the official government Global Entry website. They ask for all your personal information including name, date of birth, place of birth, current and previous addresses, passport data, driver’s license data, etc. After you have supplied all your personal information and click on submit then they tell you that they are a third-party provider and offer to help with your Global Entry Application for a fee of $149.00. It is a total scam because you can type the same info just as easily on the official government website. I tried to cancel within minutes of applying but did not get any reply until an hour later after they charged my credit card for the $100.00 application fee. This website needs to be taken down because all they do is collect your personal information that can be used for identity theft or financial fraud.

They impersonate the Global Entry application site and later claim that they will help you with the application process after you have submitted all of your information (i.e. passport, state id, name, credit card)

I did not realize I was on a global entry scam site until I paid them

- Bloomfield, NJ, USA

I went online to apply for global entry and got scammed by a “third party site” - I entered my drivers license and passport information and previous addresses. As soon as I submitted it, there was a big message saying “we are not affiliated with the US government and we are a third party site.” So I immediately asked them to cancel my order, they refunded my money right away. But I am extremely concerned that they have my personal information now.

I wanted to renew my Global Entry and I googled Global Entry and this site popped up first

https://global-traveler-pass.com

I applied and filled out everything and then at the end it seemed kind of weird that they wanted to charge $149.00 plus $100 for Global Entry renewal. I trusted in this and then after I entered my card and clicked ok, I got the message stating it was not the government website for Global Entry, it was a third party service. I immediately contacted them and demanded a refund. I had not gotten a response. I did get the message that they processed my application and that it will take me to the actual Global Entry government site. They made 2 separate charges. $149.00 and $100.00. I wrote several times asking for a refund. I feel so violated. This site should be shut down!

This company stated that they would submit my information into the Global Entry website and never submitted my information. They took my money and never provided the information. I requested a complete refund and that wasn't provided. The company is no longer replying to my emails. They are a Scam.

I was trying to apply for Global Entry and their website was the 1st on my search. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was not a gov site. I proceeded to provide private information, including full name, date of birth, driver license and passport information, in addition to credit card information. I was charged a $149.99 fee. However, my biggest concern is providing them all the personal information and the fear of its potential use.

I was alerted when my credit card contacted me to indicate a potential fraud. However, I had already provided my personal information.

Scam Description

This website is the first thing that pops up on Google for a Global Entry application: https://globalentry-usprogram.com/global-entry-apply/. The website and forms all look very realistic, and then once you fill them out, it charges you $149.95 as something like a “service fee” on top of the normal $100 Global Entry fee to the government (but what’s charged on my card is just the $149.95). You even get a “confirmation email” saying “Your Global Entry Application Has Been Received.” We aren’t sure if they are ‘just’ charging an extra $150 to submit a form that you could easily submit yourself, or if they have more nefarious plans for our personal information, but either way we’ve changed our credit cards and locked our credit. They direct to several website domains, including; https://globalentry-usprogram.com/ https://apply-global-entry.com/ https://ge-assist.com/

Acts as though its the global entry government site. You pay to have them 'assist' you with the process and they gather all the same information the actual government site does. Name, passport number, credit card, drivers license etc. Cost is $149
