Text on 3/14 from #786-629-1047) referenced my "prescription from (my) doctor" & to call "Geeson's Pharmacy" at 817-419-2688 to provide shipping & payment info.

VM on 3/15 was from 817-419-2688 from "Jason's Pharmacy" for (my correct 1st & last name) regarding my prescription by "Dr. McPherson" & "it is free of charge but they need to verify shipping info" & to call the same 817#.

Obviously they have my correct name & cell number so probably also my address but of course I don't know or use those pharmacies or have a doctor by that name or recognize that / those phone numbers.
