The scammer pretended to be geek squad tech support from Best Buy. Made me download an emulator to screen share on my computer to assist me and then blackened my screen. While I couldn't see my screen they attempted to purchase a $250 gift card from egift.com. I stopped the transaction from occurring but they downloaded information from my computer including my credit card number.
