I used this website to order two wigs with the promise from the company of 30-day return policy if not satisfied. These items are defective and unusable for any purpose. They have a London address and phone number of 442 392 160686. I contacted them through their email about the unsatisfactory product and received the response that the freight charge to return is not cost-effective for me and please think again. My order number is ***********. The address on their contact page is, Ansky Company Limited, Vintage House 36-37 Albert Embankment, London SE17TL England, Company Number 11736740. When contacted by email, they said the cost of the return would not be cost-effective to me and they would not approve my return of their defective product, whereas their policy states the return would be at their expense. I even paid for insurance. Please help me!
