I purchased two items from what I thought was Temu for less than $10 each and free shipping. $57.36 was withdrawn from Capitol One credit card. Temu had no record of the transaction. When I recieved an email about the status of the purchase, I was able to return an email that I wanted to cancel the order. They replied that it was already in transit and they couldn't cancel the order. There has been no other attempt by them to handle the dispute. It is coming from China, and has not had time to arrive yet.
