I declined a loan scam and indicated that I suspected they were scammers and reported them. shorty after I received a potential spam phone call flagged by my phone security system (so I didn't answer it. I then received a text message stating I had attempted to steal money from the Federal Trade Commission loan company and a lawsuit had been created and all my Personal identification would somehow be frozen. one form they mentioned was my drivers iscence. I don't even have a drivers license, nor had I provided them with personal information during their recent attempt to contact me.

Person called and asked for me by name. She identified herself with a government agency (FTC or something like that) and said her name was Christina Harvey. She said the call was in regards to fraudulent activity monitored by the Nevada Gaming commission. She said before she went into that, she needed to ask if I had received any suspicious calls lately (I had just this morning filed an FTC complaint about a robocall scam stating it was from Amazon customer service about fraudulent activity on my account - of which there had been none.) The caller said that information was needed for Homeland Security in some way. I told her I questioned the truthfulness of the current call and asked her to identify herself and who she was with again. She promptly hung up. This is quite concerning as she was an actual person who asked for me by name.
