They said the EXACT same things to me! I asked to pay with a credit card or pay pal goods and services, asked to see pictures of the parents, asked for a video call. Was told I had wasted their time! lol They could do a video call only after I paid my deposit.

This is what I was texted.

I thought I was purchasing 2 puppies. Sent me something for vaccines after I made the intial deposits. Tried calling them and didn't get an answer. Call just went to voicemail. Website appears to be legit but it's fake. This website needs to be taken down immediately and the culprits need to be arrested. I'm embarrassed to put the amount they scammed me for because I should've known better. Beware beware beware

Family Teacup Poodle Puppies is a scam website advertising puppies for sale. Daniel William, (813) 966-8432, was my point of contact who scammed me. I sent him $850 for the puppy, Bagel, I wanted. He then requested $1500 more for pet insurance to transport the puppy on the plane. I did not send that amount and requested a refund for the $850 I spent, per their 30 day warrant policy. I have not received any communication back after sending multiple messages and emails. Please do not use this website. Sadly, I lost $850 and do not a puppy.

Wanted to buy Bagel... like the last post. told me all prices but never asked me where i lived...lol what a scam never send money online. You cant ship a dog across America for $200...lol what a joke. Name Daniel Williams fake # +18139668432.

Contacted “[email protected]” to purchase a tinyteacup poodle they supposedly had. I was sent photos of the poodle named Bagel. I sent them $605 dollars ($500 for Bagel and $105 for transport). They even sent me a contract/ Bill of sale. The dog was supposedly shipped with City Express delivery service. I was even given a tracking number, which I checked and it said she was being transported from NC to LA. (SOUNDS LEGIT RIGHT?!)I then get a message from the delivery company telling me I MUST send $500 dollars for “an approved crate and $150 for cities/import document ” in order for them to bring her to my home. I was told the “Pet Authorities”required this in order to finish transporting . It further stated there would be 25.00 a day imposed until.this was paid. I tried to call the number given and got message that my call could not be completed as dialed.
Both Family mini teacup poodle puppies and City Express Delivery Service have stopped responding.
So I am out $605 dollars and I am so distraught . The pup was for a much needed companion animal.
I hope this helps others to not be scammed by these horrible people.

We were scammed out of $1500 by a similar scammer, puppy was supposedly $495 including travel crate. By the time it was finished it was at $1500 and that didn’t include the insurance policy for the dog to travel which was another $350. Their name was Roy’s Teacup poodles supposedly based out of Denver CO. The legal name of the scammer is listed as Jannie Ruscio.

sorry it happened to you but thank you!

These people advertised a small black poodle that I fell in love with. I asked where they were located and they said Richmond, Virginia. I thought, great! My daughter lives there, I can send her the money and she can pick it up. They wanted a $300 deposit and I said no, my daughter will bring the money and hand it over when she has the puppy in hand. They basically said they can only hold her with the deposit, I said my daughter will be at your business in 2 days. They thanked me for my interest and all communication stopped. I knew it was a scam when they told me they could deliver her to my door for a total of $650.. I live in Texas! 🤦🏻‍♀️

They wanted 500.0 for a puppy and I sent 300.00. I was going two day later to pick it up and then they wanted 400.00 for the vet and the other 200.00 before I picked it up I said no. They said I couldn’t get her until I paid the rest, I told them I would pay it after I saw the puppy and they told me that’s not the way it works so I knew them it was a scam. I learned an expensive lesson.

They send you internet photos and of course try to get you to send money. I done a Google search prior to sending anything and saw another person’s review which showed the exact same messages the scammer was sending me. Shoppers beware of Family Teacup Poodle scam

Hello I have also been scam and I think they are not in NC at all I have track all number to NM this is the new webpage https://www.familyteacuppoodles.com/contact-us also please put in a FBI REPORT ON THE PERSON https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/cyber if enough people file a scam report so the fbi can do there best to find them that will be great

I was just scammed by these. Should have done research.

These people are a scam. Do not send them any money. They scam with City Express Delivery Service. Then they’ll try to get you to send more money for pet insurance an additional 500.00. I’ve provided screenshots so you will know what to look for. You don’t know you’ve been scammed until after you send the money. It looks legit, they send you a contract and everything.
