ordered item - given false tracking number - only reply has been “ we understand your mood to receive, it has been given priority “

I ordered a bean bag chair supposed to be shipped from Canada . They then sent me tracking information from track718 which showed my chair now coming from China and the tracking information looked sketchy. I’ve reached out to the company but no response by email, on Facebook, . They will not respond.

Over a timeframe of 16 months, I invested several times per month in increments up to $3300. Usually $500-1500 each. I was to receive $108,000.00. When I tried to cash in things got crazy. Before I could receive were fees to be paid e.g. management fee, consulting fee, gps fee, tax fee, and many more. I finally stopped on the last day of 2023 and without any reservation that this is a pure scam. Secondly, on October 9th these people hihhjsck my Facebook site and all of my personal data and information. And started promptly this scam under my name. I have no control now of my Facebook and my friends are calling me and wanting to know what I am doing? Some of these calls are nasty. Trying to contact customer service at FB is near impossible. I want to file charges against these people, but attorneys I have talked to back off. This experience has destroyed my finances and reputation. I am going to go into bankruptcy if I do not get relief somehow. I need professional, expert to counsel with me as soon as possible. Regards, Gary BOYETT

I thought I was ordering blankets and snuggies. I got emails with tracking numbers on them but they were not even valid tracking numbers. I tried to email them to get information from them but never got a response. I messaged them on Facebook and never got a response. They are quick to take your money but you get nothing you ordered. I emailed them at support @chickchirp.com. I am not the only person this has happened to. I left a bad review on the site and others confirmed that I am not the only person this has happened to. They don't even list a phone number to call anymore. There was one on the online store when I ordered but not now.

Was sent a friend request on FB and accepted after reviewing account. There are mutual friends and I do know this person from High School but I do not believe it is her now. The latest post was for yorkie puppies with a re-homing fee. When looking thru the comments everyone that inquired about them was told to PM her. We were interested so I PM her asking if she had any left and what the re-homing fee was. I rcd a response: I’m just requesting $400 for the puppy and when are you willing to get it ? Male or female? I asked for more details about one of the puppies and asked for her to send a picture of the pup if she could. She sent the pic (finding out later that this pic is all over the internet along with the 2 posted on the FB page). I asked if we could send a deposit to hold him and we would come to the town that she lives in next weekend to complete the "re-homing fee". Response was: I’ll be needing a phone number, address and puppy name for the paper work. Once you make the deposit I will reserve that for you and mark as sold. Asked for Zelle info and rcd response of: Can you do cash app ? Don’t know what’s wrong with my Zelle just rolling. Asked for the Cash app and rcd response of: $pamstanley1946 (Cousin supposedly). We sent the $200 (stupidly) to the Cash app. Then rcd: Let me know once is sent so that I can reserve that for you and mark as sold. Sent a Screen shot to them and the trans was showing pending that the person needed to accept the payment. Then rcd: I will let you know once am done with the paperwork. Kindly verify the info you sent before attaching that to the paperwork. Send me screenshot of the deposit to see if my cuz have accepted that. Then: Cancel that and send to Zelle at [email protected]. We cancelled the Cash app and then sent thru Zelle. Then response was: Let me know once you did that. I got the deposit. I will process the paperwork and vest report in the morning I forgot you have to do your balance so I can add it as payment proof I'll get back to you with the original copies once l'm done with that. Let me know once you sent the balance now. Are you there?. I responded: Heading to bed. I'll let you know tomorrow on balance. Hubby already in bed. I'll ask him in the morning. Then this morning I sent: We will bring the balance when we come pick up next weekend. I also need an address as well. Then rcd: I have to process the paperwork down and I can’t deliver without the paperwork which I responded: Where are you delivering to? We agreed I would come next weekend. Their response was: Yeah that’s what I mean i won’t give the puppy without the paperwork. That's when I was really concerned that it was a scam so I started investigating. Looking thru the posts on her account (after the scam started and figured out it was a scam) back in September she posted to not accept a new friend request from her that it was not her. One of the responses was that they had reported the request to FB. I have reported to FB as well about the scam. Then I google searched the images that are on the FB post as well as the individual one sent to me by PM and it was all over the internet. Husband is reporting to his bank and to Zelle. I have not blocked the person as of yet on FB to see if I receive any further contact from them. I am attaching one of the photos from the FB post.

The company placed on Facebook an advertisement for Women's Boots for 24.99. It showed a picture and description of the product. The product received was not the same and was very poorly made. It came in a bag with no invoice, receipt or return information.

- Appleton, WI, USA

Advertised on Facebook, claiming the product was only $35.95. The website was confusing and very misleading. I was charged $199 and an additional $60. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order but they said it was too late, and the product was already sent to shipping (I literally emailed right after the purchase so that doesn't make sense). They then sent me an order cancellation notice but I was never refunded the money. I have cancelled that credit card so they can’t put any additional unauthorized charges on it.

I seen the advertisement on Facebook, It looked like the other advertisements on there, I clicked on the spot that said shop now. I picked out the color and filled in my address and payment information. I received a confirmation email with an order number. On the confirmation email it has a spot to click to track package, I did so and it said this website can not be open, doesn't exist. I then went on fb again to Merlenr and it popped up i looked at the reviews and many people are having the same problem. They to paid for it and haven't received the merchandise.

There was a contest on Facebook hosted by the restaurant Taco Cat guess a number and win a taco. I guessed the winning number. The Taco Cat Facebook page told me to click on the giveaway link to claim my prize. I clicked on the link and it asked for my credit card information. I didn’t think anything of it because it had the Taco Cat logo and I entered my information. Right away my bank alerted me to a fraudulent charge for $1.00. I had to close out my card. Contact my bank for a new card. Change all my passwords. All for a taco. Boy am I stupid.

I ordered a necklace from Twinklingtree on Facebook on the 4th of December.Got a email saying it shipped on the 17th.Finally got another email on the The 24th saying it arrived at a Customs processing facility.Checked my email the next day and the date changed to the 25th.The date it arrived at customs processing facility has changed every day up until today which is the 28th.I assume I will never receive this necklace I ordered for my girlfriend for Christmas because the post said ...order now and receive before Christmas.I feel like I will never receive this and have been scammed out if my money.Should have known better than to trust buying anything advertised on Facebook.I guess Facebook gets a cut of this money for allowing them to use their platform perhaps. They list their address as 223 Liverpool St. Darlinghurst New South Wales 2010

John Hoffman (name used) had a facebook page where he stated he helped connect dogs/puppies with new owners. There was a number of posts with people thanking him for the puppie and how easy the process was etc. I was given instruction to send a total of $950 (700 for puppy and $250 for shipping) to a Cloe Cheresne at the email address of [email protected] I received information from a carrier named airpets united that before the airline would accept the reservation that I needed to pay $1000 for insurance that was fully refundable. There is a website for airpetsunited.com I went on the site and asked questions in the chat. They said they required insurance and that it was $1000 refundable. Then they asked if I had a pet that to be shipped by their company. I stated possible. I then asked if they were listed with the BBB. There has been no further response in the chat. I messaged "John" through facebook which is how we were communicating, asking him for a phone number where I could discuss the transaction with him and have received no further communication. It appears that his website on facebook is taken down as well.

I purchased beads from this company in an online Facebook group, I paid the invoice and she never sent the beads to me. I have disputed the charge with my Credit Card company. I have also been diligently going on these groups to make sure that she doesnt continue to do the same thing. She has used multiple names like Ashley Thomas, Brittany Ashlock, Ashley Williams. I also recently came across another customer she scammed and she is using Lilbeadshop as the name also. She is posting pictures of the products online that arent hers and getting people tp place orders and then not fulfilling them and never sending out the products. I am reaching out to hopefully get something done about it.
