- Knoxville, TN, USA

It was an ad on Facebook I clicked it ordered something for my granddaughter that was $22.99 never received a shipping number. Have emailed them six times or more and never heard a word.

- Picayune, MS, USA

I ordered two boxwood planters. It was paid for through my bank account. My email said it was delivered which I never did receive it. I asked about it they said I need to contact my post office which I did. They told me I need a tracking number. I emailed the co. Back asking for the tracking number which they would never provide me with. They would just say they are sorry for your troubles but according to our address it was delivered. I live on a street that my mailbox is located by the curb and I have cameras around my house. They could not have delivered it and left it at the mailbox like they said. My mailman always puts my packages by my front door.

They offered me 30% refund which I didn’t receive. I asked to send me the tracking number or send the product that I paid for to me again. So I emailed them again today but decided now to complain about the company.

I paid 52.00 by Zelle which was to include the chicken and shipping. ConfirmationRP0RLZDVNY

ZELLE TO ROGERS THADDEUS ON 10/03 REF #RP0RLZDVNY SILVER LACED CHICKEN

Jennings Florida 32052

The day of shipment, the shipper wanted 85 dollars for insurance and another $50.00 for the crate to be paid by Zelle.

The shipper was BRIAN ZAREMBA 850-9968085 and I was to pay him by Zelle. I declined and asked for my 52.00 back. The seller refused.

This is bait and switch all the way. The liquid Botox from Jennifer Aniston "free sample" just pay for the shipping. This Nu Rejuva Serum is what I received..not liquid botox. A few months later I received another bottle of the Nu Rejuva which I did not order. When I called them they said by accepting the free trial I had accepted a contract for recurring shipments. I told them to cancel and I would send the bottle back which they declined because of Covid. That almost a year ago. Yesterday I received a call from an agent that said they had many shipments for me and I needed to satisfy the balance before they would ship them or cancel the account..They tried to run my card but it had expired. I had never given them my card number. Total bait and switch tactics. Our conversation was short as he just kept repeating the script and I repeated I would not give them any numbers or payment.

There was an ad from HSN for a travel carry on bag. It seemed legitimate since it featured one of the people from that show Shark Tank. As soon as I purchased it, I knew I was scammed from the email I received and the contact information in it not being HSN. It’s been nothing but tons of emails, excuses, delays, lies and now this past week, they are completely ignoring me and not even answering me anymore.

Was looking for a horse and found one on Facebook at a horse rescue in Lebanon MO. Everything seemed legit the guy sent me videos and pictures of the horse. I decided i wanted the horse so i told the guy that i had to wait until i got back out of town to come look at her and get her. He said he could not hold her and that i would need to put $550 down to reserve her. He then tried 2 time to get me to haver her shipped to my house in Texas for $650 I said i was coming to pick her up. The guy called me again and it threw red flags up. So, I started doing more research and found a website for Horse Scammers and found a lady that had purchased the same horse as me. Her and I talked, and she recommend that I call the Lebanon police department to file a complaint. I did this and found out from talking to the deputy that the guy is in fact a scammer. The address he provided to pick the horses up at was an older couple's home and not a horse rescue. The guy had scammed several other people out of their Money. Not only did I lose money, but my friend also purchased a horse from the guy and had to put $800 down so now she is going to be out of pocket money as well. I filed 2 police reports on this guy. Facebook should shut this guy down as he is hurting a lot of people.

These people through Facebook quickly stole all my platforms; PayPal, Cash App, FaceBook, Google, and Instagram on December 5th 2022. They have stolen every account I've made since that day. They are pretending to be me. The scammer used a friend's account to get to me. They claimed they could help me financially but I had to give them personal information in order to be helped. They gained access to my Gmail accounts and quickly took everything from me. Including my income tax forms all social media accounts and still are hacking every phone, email address, Chromebook, television, printer. They cloned my cell phone and are listening and recording all my phone calls.

I found the product on Facebook and was lead to believe that if I paid for shipping and handling that I would receive a free sample which was at the cost of 11.90. Seven days later unbeknownst to me, I was charged an additional 129.95. When I called to dispute this charge I was told that I had to contact their company within 7 days to cancel this subscription or be charged the 129.95. How can I determine within seven days if a product is going to work not to mention that I was lead to believe this was only a trial sample. I'm sure there is some very small type disclosing this that I did not see to cover their butts. I received no prior notification that they were going to charge my account the additional 129.95. This company is a rip off! I called their call center today to ensure my subscription has been cancelled and I will be monitoring my account. Of course, they refused to refund me one red cent.

I bought 2 power tools from the company Ctived on August 20/23 due to a promotion I saw on Facebook, they were two electric drills worth $26.99, they told me that the merchandise would arrive in 7 to 15 business days, 15 days passed and the merchandise did not arrive, I sent them an email and they said again to wait 3 to 5 more days because the merchandise was in process in Virginia Beach, and it did not arrive in those 5 days, I sent them another email and to date they have not responded to me, their email is [email protected].

There are ads all over facebook that appear to be from the retailer - COACH. The ads claim that due to inflation and store closures, Coach is selling their handbags for $1.00, and you only have to pay $6.95 for shipping and handling. I was hesitant at first because I thought it was too good to be true. After my third hesitation, I decided to try it. Unfortunately, I did not realize until it was too late that Coach may have been used as a pawn to attract vulnerable customers. I received a notification in my email that my card was charged $7.95 for a Coach handbag. However, the receipt came from consumergadgetsdepot.com and the charge appeared on my card as PUREEPICMUSI 8442276311. There was no mention of either of these companies until AFTER the transaction. I honestly thought I was making a purchase from COACH. Then 3 days later my card was charged again in the amount of $79.95. That's a total of $87.90! When I called the number to report the unauthorized charge, I was told that the $7.95 was the entry fee for a chance to win a Coach handbag for $1.00 and the $79.95 was for some sort of subscription that is non-refundable. Subscription for what! I never asked for a subscription and never received an email confirmation that I signed up for a subscription. I argued with the lady on the phone. At first, she said that they could issue me a voucher to make purchases on their online store, (not Coach). I have a credit card with a very low credit limit that is used to purchase medication for my son, who was diagnosed with cancer this summer, and these charges almost wiped out my available credit. After arguing with her for several more minutes, she said she could refund 40% of the subscription, which would only be $31.98, but I am still out of $55.92 and for NOTHING! The ads are deceptive and are targeting individuals who are struggling financially, hoping to find a bargain. After the transaction was placed, I discovered that my charge became associated with 3 different companies, none of them Coach. They are as follows: ConsumerGadgetsDepot.com, ConsumersChoiceTechtrend.com, and PureEpicMusic.com. Please don't fall for this scam.

I saw the facebook group while searching for a pitbull to adopt. She told me it 495$ and then after we made reservations and asked 65$ for the reservation that's fully refundable. And later asked for an additional 85$ for transfer of ownership. I showed up at the reservation and there person there I waited for an hour and left. I messaged them but never got a message or any indication she saw the messages in the first place

I ordered two dresses from this company who claimed to be based in the U.S. specifically South Carolina. One dress fit and one didn't. The quality wasn't what I was expecting but I decided to keep one and return the other. They arrived with no packing slip included and no instructions for return. There is no phone number listed on the website. I emailed customer service to return the dress. Responses are delayed and it's obvious by grammar that this company is not based in the U S. First they refused to take the dress back that didn't fit. Then said they could offer me $8 compensation and I could keep the dress. I told them that was unacceptable. I want to return it and receive a full refund. I am still awaiting their reply. I doubt I will get my money back and why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit? After researching (which I should have done first), I'm finding a lot of other complaints and learned this company is based in China.
