I received an email from Melissa Meyers "<[email protected]> Tue, Jan 9, 2024 at 5:12 PM

Reply-To: ****************************" offering me a part-time job from home as a Quality Control Clerk. I then received a more complete job description from Monica Huff <[email protected]> an employment form previously filled out with the company's information. I had to complete the form and send it back to her. Then I received an email accepting the contract and the documents requested for them (fW4, I-9, driver licence copy). They asked me if I would accept a quality control job from home receiving packages, inspection of contents and repackaging and shipping to requested addresses via FedEx, UPS or USPS. I was also required to create package reports with photos and submit them to Online Management system. I was promised $20 per package during the trial period 30 days and a monthly payment of $3,200 starting the second month.</[email protected]></[email protected]>

This company found me on line via LinkedIn. They hired me as an inventory manager to be paid 1099. I would receive packages from places like Amazon, ship them to addresses provided on shipping labels they would send me. I never received payment for services. Never received reimbursement for supplies and the site is shut down and no reply from emails.

They had me buy a printer and a whole bunch of shipping stuff stated they would pay me back for that and as well get me paid in general. I never got paid and then found out they are a scam. They do have my SSN but don't have my card info at all. They offered me a salary of 3000 a month which isn't the best or the worst. I just needed something, they offered a at home job something I was mainly working on finding. I think they found my email on LinkedIn because I had that information posted along side my email. They emailed me with the offer of the salary and then as I accepted the offer they sent me tax forms (which made me think it was legit) after finding out everything was a scam after a month and didn't get paid I tried to find everything I could to report this. I was just advised to send a report through this site from the DOL they told me I can't get any payments since it was infact a scam and even though I could use the fund I would rather get it reported so others don't fall for it and lose our on money.

I was notified about a remote Quality Inspector job with 1are.com (yet the employment agreement is with Japfu LLC). My responsibilities included accepting packages, inspecting and photographing items to load on the 1are dashboard. Then a shipping label is emailed to me and I ship it on. There was a 30 day probation period of which I was paid $20/pkg every Friday by direct deposit. After 30 days I was an "employee" to be paid $3200 per month plus bonuses as outlined in the employee agreement. I was paid accurately during the probationary period. Traffic picked up significantly after I became an employee and I processed over 60 packages in 30 days. Including bonuses, I was owed $3950.00. I communicated through text messages with my supervisor and the last text said my payment had been made on January 2, 2024. No deposit, no communication since then. No response on the dashboard; packages stopped arriving, and the phone calls were robo-answered directing me to voice mail, of which there was none. 1are.biz is no longer active. The odd thing is there are still 4 pkgs here that I never received info about (not on the dashboard) that total to about $2200 retail. The website appears to be still active and it is just like the Japfu.com website. I have had no luck with assistance and feel sure this same thing is happening to others. They should be prosecuted.

I was emailed with a job offer to be a Quality Control Manager for a shipping/freights company. It sounded like a great way to make some extra money. In an email they sent an offer letter. Once accepted, they sent an employment agreement, along with a W-4 form. I had sent them a copy image of my photo ID, along with SSN on the W-4 form. The company would have a website that you would login to, to check on statuses of packages. They called it the control panel or smart panel. In this website it would have an area for your personal information, how you wanted to be paid, along with checking account info (if that is how you chose to get paid), check statuses of packages. The website address is https://freightsctrl.com/user/login.php Once a task was accepted then you would track the packages shipping process. Once you receive the package they told me to open the package, take images, and, make sure there is no damage. Once that was completed they asked for a delivery report by email with information as far as delivery date, time, tracking number, order number, and, images of products. They said to remove any original product invoices/return forms from inside the package. They also said to upload picture of item into the smart panel. Once the "supervisor" approved the delivery report they would upload a shipping label to that user website. They asked us to print out prepaid shipping label, and ship out package. Once package is to be shipped out to send out shipping report email with shipping date, time, original tracking number, new tracking number and attach image of receipt from shipping carrier.

I was contracted by a person identifying herself as " Elizabeth Alyea" of Vertrauen Group. I was offered a position working out of my home as a quality control/package inspector, as a monthly rate of 3200 per month.

As I have been out of work for over 8 months, I accepted their offer, and was then shipped 4 packages to be opened, inspected, and then shipped via fedex to a Larry Hudak". I worked for this company for approximately 30 days, and was then told that I would be paid 3200 in my bank account via direct deposit on 1/20/24( this past Saturday. Of course there were no funds deposited, and I then tried to contact Elizabeth to clarify the problem, and of course have not received a response. I realize now I have been scammed, and want to prevent anyone else for falling for this scam, and counting on funds which will never be received. I paid for the shipping via fedex of 4 packages. Please help to shut this fraudster down.

I was emailed with a job offer to be a Quality Control Manager for a shipping/freights company. It sounded like a great way to make some extra money. In an email (that is how 95% of communication was handled) they sent an offer letter. Once accepted, they sent an employment agreement, along with a W-4 form. I had sent them a copy image of my photo ID, along with SSN on the W-4 form. I was doing the work for almost three weeks and a family member brought to my attention some things she has seen on Reddit of similar situations/scenarios that was happening to me. I brought it to my husband's attention and we decided to stop doing this all together before I was given any type of payment. The company would have a website that you would login to, to check on statuses of packages. They called it the control panel or smart panel. In this website it would have an area for your personal information, how you wanted to be paid, along with checking account info (if that is how you chose to get paid), check statuses of packages.

The website address is https://freightsctrl.com/user/login.php

Once a task was accepted then you would track the packages shipping process. Once the "supervisor" approved the delivery reoort they would upload a shipping label to that user website. They asked us to print out prepaid shipping label, and ship out package. Once package is to be shipped out to send out shipping report email with shipping date, time, original tracking number, new tracking number and attach image of receipt from shipping carrier. I wanted to completely stop this before I received payment from whoever is pretending to be this Freight company.

**PLEASE DO NOT PUBLISH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS REPORT! I DO NOT AUTHORIZE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO BE PUBLISHED **

I was also contacted via email about a job offer working with EAF Consulting Services as a Supply Chain Specialist. (Company address and contact info: 154 West 14th Street, New York, New York 10011 -- Phone 347-650-2111 -- Website: https://eafconsultingservices.com/). I was documentation regarding details of the position, the pay structure, benefits package, and company history. The position was also to begin with a 2 week "trial period", after which there would be a decision made from both sides on whether to continue with employment on a full or part time basis. My starting date was November 9, 2023 and the job required me to buy products from local stores/vendors (Costco, Best Buy, Apple store etc), and then package them together. I was then emailed shipping labels and was directed to ship them to Hong Kong (always to the same address = Asia Pacific International Tech LTD, Rm 11, JC Tower, 91 Wai Yip Street, Hong Kong Kwuntong or other specific locations. With the same return address as other complaints: QuickNHand LLC, 1379 E Colorado St, Glendale, CA 91205). I put together a several purchase orders in this manner totaling over $30K overall. Each time I was given an account to then pay the balance off on my credit card. The balances were shown as "paid", but I now fear that I will be getting charge backs from my credit card companies for the full amounts. The red flag for me was that it was like pulling teeth to get my paycheck and any discussion of such was very short. The check I did receive was for an extreme amount and was not related to my paycheck. The bank informed me that the account was not valid and advised me to cease contact. I want to make sure that my name is not associated with anything fraudulent. I work hard and just want to take good care of my family.

Offered a job after no interview. The job is to go to a retail store to purchase items and ship them from a local shipping company (UPS, FedEx, etc.). The first 2 weeks you use your card they would wire the money in advance and after the two-week probationary period, they can bring you on full time. Then they would send you a company credit card
