Email solicitation, with a job offer to be a Quality Control Manager. They send a couple of emails between you and a fake H.R. Dept. They have you fill out a W2 and application. They have you send a photo copy of your license or photo ID. Then they start to send parcels to your house. And have you strip all the labels off the parcels. This company or scam had an elaborate scheme. They utilized a computer program called my smart panel in which you could upload labels photos etc. https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=gL07#returl=https%3A//u.pcloud.link/publ... Is an example of the elaborate interface that they use. Its a downloadable user manual to use they're computer program to facilitate the frauds. They claim that you will be on probation for the 1st 30 days. But the scams only run 30 days at a time. On the 30th day they lock you out the smart panel, and stop answering the phones. Most victims will have along email stream from communications. They are believable because they utilize email extensions to match the website. Again, all emails had a traylogistics.com extension.

I think they use the photo ID they collect for pickups. After Lowe’s cancelled an order do to fraud & I told Maria and she didn’t seem to be concerned I realized something isn’t right.
Today was supposed to be my payday but now locked out

I was contacted by Beasis from a job board. I was highly suscpious of it initially and searched the net to see if it was a scam. I couldn't find anything about them, but their website looked low-budget. I decided to proceed cautiously and go through the interview hiring process. It seemed OK, just not as professional as I was used to.

I then waited to see my first check in the mail to see if it was real. They sent my money for the $20/box weekly for the first month so I decided to do direct deposit. I was supposed to get paid $3,200/month after the first month. I was awaiting my check - had some big bills to pay with it as I had been out of work for 4 months prior. Nothing came. I emailed them through the website, through Gmail and called, nothing.

I am really upset about this and I hope they get arrested and the folks they scammed reimbursed quickly.

You’re not alone, J. We went through Beasis also. We probably had $20-$30,000 worth of product come through the house and I kept every single label every invoice and I’ve been contacting all the companies that have send out products. This is a ring around the Rosie, tight business and they’re using people hired as buyers purchasing items with their own credit cards, and then we’re shipping all the stuff around the country. Not just that but they’re also using stolen credit cards. And the sad thing is is there’s not a whole lot we can do about it. You would think that the federal trade commission or FCC or the post office would get involved seeing as how I got a few packages through USPS not just FedEx and UPS. In my opinion, Homeland Security, and the FBI should be getting involved in this.

They wanted to buy all Apple products. Laptops, IPads, watches, desktops etc. in exchange for a monthly paid salary and a commission on each order based off of the dollar amount of products purchased. Starting at 7% and ending at 25% commission. They would have prepaid shipping labels emailed to you and you would get a 2% bonus commission if purchased and shipped in the same day. Products were going to a company called AZ Limited in Hong Kong. Once you shipped the products you would email copies of FedEx tracking number, purchase, and expense receipts and calculations of your daily work and earnings. You would then use the personal checking account they gave you through Bank of America to pay off your credit card purchases. Once the products were delivered then the payments to yourself were returned showing that they had stopped the payments. They also were able to hack your emails and phone calls and internet when you would click on their company links.

They used the email address [email protected], but the name they went by is Carlotta Hausladen.

They found my resume on CareerBuilder, and they reached out from there.

They said that they have a Shipping/Receiving position; where I receive items to my home, check them and then send them off to a third party. But I have to furnish my address first. Sounded like trafficking of some sort, so I Googled the company, and this showed up.

• Jul 21, 2023

I was contacted by this company in January 2023, and hired as a Quality Inspector in February 2023. I signed an employment agreement and filled out a W-4. I completed the 30 day evaluation period, and was paid $460 via check and ACH. The agreement was for $3200 monthly salary to receive, inspect, and mail packages. I was scheduled to be paid on April 24 and have not received payment. Now I can no longer access the customer relationship management system, which listed work orders and was the method for communicating with the manager, James King.

Dear *****,

I am pleased to offer you the position of Regional Branch Purchasing Manager in TRADE PLUS GMBH USA LLC. Please review the detailed description below:

Job Description

Purchasing Manager

Company/Facility: TRADE PLUS GMBH USA LLC Job Status: Full-Time/Part-Time

Location: Tennessee Job title: Purchasing Manager

Position Overview:

It is a part/full-time professional position. You could start with part-time employment and continue into full-time, if you need the flexibility. This work-at-home position is responsible for generating purchase orders using the Company's money, compiling reports, preparing shipments, and other designated administrative duties. Basis salary will be $98,400.00 per year ($8,200.00 monthly) plus commission. The commission will be from 10% up to 15% of a purchase amount for every fulfilled assignment. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Life Insurance.

Your primary responsibilities include: communicating with vendors regarding products and prices, product availability, service, quality, and other related issues; communicating with your Supervisor regarding vendor information as stated above; determining appropriate methods for product purchasing (from local stores/vendors or online sites), if not previously designated by the Company; prepare and process purchase orders; prepare all selected reports; place orders on a timely basis and ensure on-time delivery.

You will be responsible for the work designated by your Supervisor. You will not be required to relocate, and there will be no long-distance trip requirements. You can accomplish most of the work from home. Also, you will not be required to make any investment nor financial expense.

Desired Skills:

To succeed, you must be a self-motivated, well-organized person and a skilled speaker. This position requires that you accomplish the assignments clearly and set priorities intelligently within the defined terms. The appropriate candidate will become an integral part of our Company's development. You will succeed if you can work remotely and efficiently and plan short trips in your local area.

Probation Period Challenges:

During the probationary period, you will learn how to accomplish the assigned purchases on the Company's behalf. You will also learn how to complete your entrusted duties accurately, appropriately, within stringent guidelines, and within agreed time frames. In addition, you will act under the high standards of business process control as adopted by Trade Plus GmbH & Co. KG in Germany. You will get training, which includes assignments to purchase goods that are not exclusive to the United States. However, challenges will be programmed in each assignment and will increase in difficulty. For example, you will get the task to purchases that require goods of limited quantity and purchases across several retailers to complete quantity requirements. Assignments can generally be completed in 1-2 hours, easily within your spare time. Also, when purchasing large oversized items, organization, delivery, and reshipment efficiencies will be essential. Please find below the detailed description of a typical first assignment under the probationary period:

• Step 1: You and your Supervisor determine all required items for purchase: the assignment terms, total purchase amounts, and delivery terms and purchase locations.

• Step 2: You will purchase the required items from the local or online retailers with the monies forwarded in advance to your account. All items will be defined as allowed for export without restriction. The first assignment will require purchasing electronic devices from retailers in the United States, e.g., Walmart or Best Buy. Using our help with buying the goods from the United States, foreign customers will save up to 120% on the cost of some products. And they have guaranteed original products made especially for the United States market. These savings are possible due to the different taxation systems and high import duties paid by official importers. In addition, some manufacturers use a discriminatory pricing policy, inflating prices for their goods outside of the United States up to 110%. Most United States retailers such as Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Home Depot do not allow purchases using addresses outside of the United States and credit cards issued by foreign banks. The purchased items may differ, and we will always forward the type and the number of goods beforehand. We will always respect your views and input. We have a large workload and operate in many countries. If you cannot purchase some of the items, we have many options and can always propose alternatives.

• Step 3: You will send us scans or pictures of the receipts by email. Then you will send the purchased items by mail. The Company will pay all postage expenses.

• Step 4: You will make a report regarding the completed assignment. The Company will provide the report form to you in advance.

• Step 5: Move on to the next assignment.

Salary and Benefits:

During your probation period, you will earn a normal monthly salary and commission. You will receive your payments by check or wire transfer to your bank account following your predefined choice. For example, say you completed eight assignments during your probationary period, for $11,500.00 each:

Commission for each assignment: $1,150.00 (10% of $11,500.00)

Total assignments are done: 8

Total commission: $9,200.00 ($1,150.00 x 8)

Your monthly salary: $8,200.00

Total: $17,400.00

In this example, you will receive a total payment of $17,400.00 within one week after the end of the three-week probationary period. In addition, there may be an option of receiving your commission after every fulfilled assignment.

If you decide to accept this position under the above-stated terms, please forward your confirmation to my email address or give me a call.

We will have to run a credit check before you start. We will not request your private information. For the background check, the data you provided us in the application form is enough.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to email me or call me at our Toll-Free number +18446081088. I am at your disposal from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 (ET). I can call you if you send me your phone number and availability by email.

Dear Kevin,

I would like to inform you that your job application has been received and is now under consideration. Our official reply will be sent to you by email within the next ten business days by 04/26/2023. I appreciate your patience.

I have received this same info from the same person. I had them rewrite the “probationary period” clause to protect me, where all monies sent to me to cover operational expenses would completely clear my bank before accessing the funds they’ve sent to me to do so. I am now awaiting further instructions from Trade Plus. Anyone have any idea as to what I can expect next from them at this juncture?

- Saint Albans, NY, USA

A man named Fred Martin from a company nameSEMBELL contacted me in February said that they came across my résumé and see that I’m great fit for the job description order coordinator . He said someone will call me from a direct number from California and discuss the job details. Someone called me with all the details. Then I got an email from a lady name Julia Chambers from the payroll department . She sent me over a W9 form to fill out so I can get paid after the 30 day probation. They made me take a quick quiz on a (CRM basis ). The company had me ship out speakers, a Samsung galaxy tablet, Apple adapter a tablecloth, and some stuff to go on the top of your car . after the 30 day probation was up I emailed Julia Chambers. She said my check will be in the mail in 10 days when the 10 days pass my check was not in the mail. I emailed her again. She said she will void it and re-issue me a new check. Still no check …

I was hired as a quality inspector by Lucas Nowak. I was being paid $20 per shipped package. I only got paid for some of packages during the first month cause he say I’m on probation after that I was promised to be paid 3200 per month. I call many times no one never answer my call ever again. Everything appears to be so real the website, the phone numbers even Lucas. It was a lot of electronics items and tools. It was all a scam. This is a picture of the emails/contacts agreements.

- Bedford, VA, USA

HR Manager is Lucas Nowak. Worked for Isokko with a signed contract officially started 1/10/23. The first month was probationary at $20. per package mailed. Mailed 40 packages was paid $580., should have been $800. Then, from month 2 and beyond was to be paid $3200. per month. Worked the month (month 2), was to be paid 3/10/23. Money never came. No one answered the phone and I was locked out of the website. No way to communicate with them after that. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Contract attached.

E-mailed me with job offer for Quality Control from home. Filed out all forms like a normal employer. Was told that I would be paid weekly for the first 30 days on a per package basis and then monthly thereafter at an increased rate. I did the work and was in contact with "Lucas" for the first month. I got paid for those four weeks. I processed 39 packages the following month, and they stopped coming about a week before I was to be paid. "Lucas" stopped answering the phone (it would just hang up on me when I went through the automated system to get to him). A couple of days after the payday that never happened, my login credentials were revoked to get into the portal. They basically got me for a whole month of free labor.

I was first contacted by Michelle Scott about a Project Manager position with United Transportation Network. She claimed that the company was based out of Zurich, Switzerland, and setting up in the US. She said that they have an office in New York, and were currently setting up in LA. The position is remote, starts at $96k/yr. I can work from home Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. She spoke about transportation of heavy equipment and oil. I was then contacted my Aaron Reynolds, (via email) from the HR department. The promise was 4 weeks of training and testing. If I passed each test, every Friday, I would be sent a check for $2400. If I scored in the top 10%, the check would be $5400. I will then have a full week of training in NY. I have been receiving materials for the past 3 days, to study. The information is very detailed, and pertains to customs, shipping, damaged goods handling. I have tried calling the number, it goes to a machine, no call backs, just emails. I do have a meet and greet with an HR member from Zurich, tomorrow 3/9/23, at 1pm. My husband found out the the address is a virtual one. At this point, it all seems too good to be true. I do not want to waste anymore time on these people, if this is a scam.

- San Antonio, TX, USA

like the person above, i was contacted by email about a reshipping job that pays $62k-$98k they claim. i was given an 11 page pdf with detailed instructions on the company, the products to be bought and shipped, and how to perform the job. the good thing is they don't ask for bank or ssn info. but that's little reassurance for what they do. and in one section of the terms they assure you that you won't be using your own funds to buy and ship the items- mainly electronics. the trial period is for 2 weeks. in another section they say you use the company's account linked to your credit card. you make purchases with your credit card until the trial period is over, then they ok you to use the company's credit card after 15 days. and they keep annoyingly referring to the balance you owe on your cc as an available balance to buy the items with. and your cc is an "open room". and they "clear" your balance so they can have you buy $10k-$15k worth of electronic items. if your work is satisfactory to them by buying and shipping 8 po items in the 2 weeks correctly, then you get to stay on with them. but if your work isn't satisfactory, i'm guessing by any little reason they find, then they let you go and guess who pays the credit card bill with all the stuff you ordered with them. not them, but you. but they do say you can return it. after 15 days? not on electronics, most stores! you're stuck with it. since i owe $5k, on my credit card and am unemployed, i can not afford to do this job- if it even is a legit one, which i strongly doubt. if i am wrong, i hope someone tells me that it's not the way i described it here. mb i misinterpreted it. but i read it several times, so i don't think so. most companies let you use their credit cards to purchase items for them. you shouldn't have to use your own card, is my thoughts and feelings on it. other red flags for me are that there are alot of incorrect grammar and spelling errors, even in the job description. and looking up sts consulting online there isn't much on them. apparently, there is a real sts consulting online with an actual street address. it only has 17 reviews on it. and most of them are blurred out. and i suspect that this company may be hiding behind the real sts company to perpetuate this possible scam. i did not and will not be investing any money nor using my cc. it's very confusing, saying one thing in one place and another in another. to me, if you can't stick to one story, you're lying. i'm truly disappointed bc i thought i really had a good shot to pay off my house and bills and not get evicted.

- Arlington, TX, USA

The position was Purchasing Specialist. Job was to receive P.O. with a list of electronics and gift cards to be purchased and shipped to specific address across seas. Items were purchased using major credit cards. The fake employer would post a credit card payment to cover purchases. 7-10 days later the money posted would be returned by the credit card company. The credit card company said the sending bank couldnt be confirmed and the amount not honored.
