Do not buy. The tradeshows will trick you and show the massive pricetag online and how much you are saving.
it's a mark up scam! I bought in 2019. This headline needs to be googlable for any other future victims. If you are standing and googling, while hearing the sales pitch. Run away... Do not charge your card, do sign anything. You can't dispute it.

You can buy similar products under $100. Red light does have benefits, but the price tag they sell is robbery. Go elsewhere.

This is overpriced marketing scam.

I went to the conference in June 2023 in Las Vegas and thought I was dealing with a real company. Yes, they gave me a discount and I didn’t get my device until I texted my salesperson. I sent him a text telling him it was over 3 weeks and I never received my device. It was sent out and arrived yesterday. The machine gets hot before I am done using it on my face. I read these comments from other women who went to the show and purchased this device and their products. I will call my bank to dispute this and send back all their skincare and device.

In June 2023 I attended the IESCS trade show in Las Vegas, NV. Being a new esthetician this was the first trade show that I have attended. I was walking the trade show floor, looking at all that was being offered when I was approached by "Adir", if that is even his real name. He asked me if he could try a product on me and to my surprise it seemed to work! That was until I returned to my hotel room with what appeared to be a weird powder like film under my eyes.. Celestolite was the product. But, that's not all... I was bamboozled into purchasing this amazing red light therapy tool for the great price of $2000.00, originally $10,700.00.. of course I had to get it. Total crap that I won't use on my face OR my clients especially.. contacting IESCS to report this, I'm just really disappointed this happened AND at a professionals event. Called the credit card company and there aren't able to refund me, have tried on numerous occasions to contact Elevare, no response.. contacted "Adir" via text and he basically blew smoke.. lesson learned.. Maybe now I know why no one was in the back area of the trade show with the "scammers".. I feel so dumb.

This company made their way to another trade show. This was for estheticians, spas and other skincare professionals.
I was impressed with the results of the machine and steep discount and was promised a 6 month refund guarantee.
Once she scanned my card she said she couldn’t refund me and because of the discount I should be grateful.
The worst part? They were supposed to ship me the products and machine and I never received anything!
I keep emailing my “rep” and the emails come back undeliverable. I contacted my credit card companies and those in charge of the trade show. I’m out $1,000 and don’t even have the crappy “red” machine to burn my face with.
Pushy sales tactics and lies.

The worse product . It’s a scam , $10.000.00 that I paid should be refunded. This product was said FDA proved ( I’m doubted), since it’ll burn your skin in 2 seconds no matter how you clean & how good dry it before use Elevare. I purchased this produced in a medical conference.

At a Home trade show in Santa Rosa "Giovanni" and another young lady had a booth. They claimed were proprietary and were FDA approved in helping anti-aging, relieving pain, removing scars and wrinkles, and equivalent to visiting a dermatology office. They preyed on the vulnerability of the age group and offered a "huge" discount before they opened a spa here in Santa Rosa, CA. The products range from $300 for the eye cream to $6000 for the LED device. No refunds. Beware. They are not FDA approved and they will spin all kinds of lies to get you to buy their non refundable products.

I, too, was scammed at a trade show in NYC. I was sold Elevare Red at a huge discount along with free full-size skincare products. I'm usually a cautious consumer, but the salesperson was so astute and (I hate to admit it) suckered me into plopping down almost $2,000 for this product. I've tried researching for this device online, and the only thing I've found are positive reviews written by the company itself. I'm disappointed at IESCS for inviting them. I would think that they vet their vendors, but shame on me for being suckered into this purchase.

I was visiting a trade show where Elevare skin was being marketed! They offered us demonstrations of multiple products and I even saw really great results while we were in the booth. Of course I was incredibly intrigued by what the products were claiming and their sales pitch was very comprehensive and said their products were endorsed by the FDA and dermatology professionals. In addition to purchasing their eye care products I purchased their red light as well and was offered free products with the purchase of the red light. I was assured that the sales rep who had given me her "personal number" was going to be there every step of the way if I had any questions or concerns. I was very excited to use the red light as instructed at home along with the products they recommended. Once I got home, I was incredibly disappointed by the fact that I did not receive any of the benefits that were demonstrated in the booth which led me to believe that the products they sent me home with were counterfeit knock offs and that their sales pitch was completely a scam.

Can you tell me if you ever received a refund or filed a complaint with Attorney General?

At a high profile conference called the Precision Medicine World Conference, 2019 at Santa Clara Conference Center, the organizer of the conference invited the scammer "Elevare Skin" to sell their products at the conference. Elevare claimed that the products were proprietary and were FDA approved in helping anti-aging, ranging from treating acne, removing scars and wrinkles, and helping regrowth of hair. The "No Botox" eye cream was sold for $300 a tube and they said that it could be used for a year and if used diligently two times a day, no Botox is required. They sold their products ranging from $300 for the cream to $4700 for the anti-aging LED skin rejuvenation device to $6000 for the LED blue light skin detoxifier. Website: https://elevareskin.com/. They preyed on the vulnerability of the age group of the attendees of the conference where most potential customers were 40 or above (especially females) and offered a "huge" discount but still a very high price per device at the conference. And the worst thing is that there is no refund policy. They make you sign a "legal document" there without giving you a copy. The next day when the customers went back to the booth of the Precision Medicine World Conference, the sales don't allow return/refund. They merely give you a phone number of their customer service and ask you to call them. The customer service would say that there is no return as you "signed", but they could offer you more products, including more face cream or even the $6000 device. Stay away from this fake FDA-approved skin rejuvenation medical device company. Don't trust it just because of the high profile conferences. And don't trust the conference organizers. This conference organizer's name is Tal Behar. The organizers have no ethics for allowing two unethical companies selling illegitimate products at a conference in a highly-regulated industry. This company has many different identities, just recognize that the LED skin rejuvenating device for wrinkles/hair is not FDA-approved (cannot find the name on the FDA list, the FDA labels and patent labels are fake on the boxes). Attached a picture of the booth at the conference.
