I placed the order online and my credit card was processed. I never received the order so I contacted them via email. I asked them to refund my purchase. They told me that the order showed it was delivered by their shipping company. I disputed this and they agreed to give me a 25% refund and to reship my order. I agreed but never received the 2nd order either.
