I used the website for a job matching quiz. I agreed to pay $1.95 for the results of the quiz. One week later I was charged $39.95 for a monthly subscription I did not agree to. There is no number to contact for cancellation - only an email address and they have been slow to cancel. I am also unsure if I will get a refund.
