This company that is operated by Marquita Thompson advertised homes on Craiglist and that they offer second chance homes to people who are looking to get into a home but don't have perfect credit. They list their contact information next to all the homes, and then set up an appointment ith a enrollment fee of 175 and 75 per additional family members in a money order, five dollars for credit check and then I later found out that the enrollment fee was for credit restoration. then she gives you a list of homes that you supposed to qualify for based on your credit and a portal to see that listing which I could never pull up so she sent the listing to my daughter for another 75 dollars and five dollar credit check so when I asked her to send info on the homes from Craiglist she took 3 days to respond and said that I will be out looking with an agent and texted back and said those 3 out of 4 homes was already rented out but never heard from her in a week no agent to view homes with can't reach her by phone or text she doesn't respond.

My family had the same experience with Marquita Thompson’s Dream Home Consulting real estate rental scam. She has been reported to the appropriate legal authorities. I pray she gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for destroying the lives of so many families with her deception. Shameful.
