Still waiting for my refund. It's been 1.5years now. Domeni Co is the most ridiculous company ever!

Same unfortunate story with all the rest of us here. It's been 1 WHOLE FREAKING YEAR since i made the purchase and i receive NOTHING. Only back & forth emails they only bothered to reply once in a while.

SERIOUSLY, CAN SOMEONE HELP US OUT HERE? CAN ANYTHING BE DONE TO THIS COMPANY?

Ordered two watches in may 2020 and it’s March 2021. This company took over 400$ and never delivered. They give excuses all the time. No refund no nothing. Stay away from this company they’re thieves.

I ordered two watches from this company in October 2019 that never arrived. I reached out to their customer service department in November 2019 and still haven't received what I paid for. They refuse to give a refund, stall, and then say they have resent the items. Watch out (sorry for the pun) for this company and DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM. Don't let them manipulate you, this is a scam- you will not receive what you paid for.

I made a purchase last year with this company with the expectation that they would ship once they were able to stock up on merchandise. However, after repeated attempts at contacting them over email, instagram (to which someone responded asking me to send them my order confirmation info and when I did, never heard back from them again), and through their website. It still looks like they're in business, and offering the same scamming countdown deal, but they have time and again failed to follow up with my purchase. I have not received ANYTHING that I have already been charged for, nor have I been able to hear back from them for a refund. They should be ashamed of themselves for their terrible practices. They are not a legitimate business, and a shame to the spirit of entrepreneurship that customers have put faith in their business to foster.
