Horrible - Do not purchase from this website

Will promise you 30 day guarantee and will say 100% satisfaction. We also purchased the "no subscription" gps dog tags that required a subscription and they refused to accept the return and would not give us an address to return the items. Very bad customer service and would never recommend you to purchase any item at all from this company unless you are just wanting to throw your money away!

Chinese Knock off Products

I bought a crate bed and it came and is a Chinese knock off. My dog destroyed it in 20 minutes. Do not buy from Dog -World store.

Cheap Drop-Shipped Falsely Advertised Merchandise

They sold us a "GPS" tracker and it was absolute junk. The app requires a sim card with data. The "100% Satisfaction, 30 day money back guarantee" was definitely not honored and the only customer service available is a snarky response from an email. Don't trust the advertised "hassle free" commitment, you're not going to get a full refund, in fact you won't get a refund at all. This site is a total scam.

Customer service insults victims

When confronted about inaccurate descriptions of products, the one way to contact the company will insult their customers saying things like "information about terms of service, returns and policy was described in our page. You have agreed." and "If you do not read it do not complain." No kidding. These folks will rip you off and laugh about it. I would NOT recommend doing business with them.

I had major issues with the gps tracker they sell and contacted them with my challenges and per their 100% Satisfaction, 30 day money back guarantee, hassle free commitment per their return policy I requested to return product for a full refund. I began getting the most unprofessional emails and they actually got hostile with me over it. Beyond frustrated with this scam of a company! Reporting this as fraud and requesting a charge back from PayPal.

I placed an online order, got a reply that my order has been confirmed and my card was charged. I never got any email stating that my purchase was shipped. There is no phone number to call to ask for more info. When I looked up the business address there were multiple names associated with that address, still no phone number.
