On April 21st I was contacted by an individual who posed to be apart of Federal Student Loan Servicing. He had access to all of my loan information and amounts which is why I trusted him. He said he would be able to help me file my public service loan forgiveness application and that I would be paying on my loans through nelnet going forward. I wanted to check on my PSLF status and contacted student aid gov. They did not show an application and said to contact Mohela who handles PSLF applications. I spoke with them and they did not have any record of my application. I called back student aid gov and explained that I think I was scammed and explained what happened. They agree and upon further research I see other people on here claiming the same thing. They have taken payments from me that DID not go towards my loans!!! This is FRAUD! I had to get new bank account, contact credit bureau, and social security. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!

I was contacted by this company by phone. They kept asking me for my information trying to enroll me into the student loan forgiveness program. I denied because I am still enrolled in school. They got into my FASFA account and have all my information. I never agreed to them doing so or gave them permission to withdraw money from my account. Recently there was $100 taken from account as a payment that was not permitted. Now I have to change all of my information.
