After entered the details and made the shown payment next day they sending an email that need to do second payment which never mentioned their description
And sending me a. Percentage meter show that they can convince it is progressing
If you didn’t pay it you will not get the paid amount aft you paid second payment orde page expired and they never respond
If you sent 1000 mails never respond
And never refund only loose money
I lost my 62$

Once you left bad reviews they delete it
And they write reviews themselves as customers to mislead people
I kept asking my refund almost three months they never responded
Be careful share this to help for others
I paid 19.99$
Then they asked me to do final payment which they didn’t mentioned first I paid 42$ as second payment and waited three months no any response from them and finally my order expired I lost 62$
Please people should not allow them to scam more people and money I asked my refunds thousand time never responded I lost money lots of people loosing money on them what they do is delete all the bad comments

End of January 2019 directunlock announced a “Premium Service” to remove iCloud account for all devices, including lost/stolen ones. I paid 100 POUNDS ! and service time expected was 30 days. ONE FULL YEAR ! later I can say, no “premium” service has been provided, there is no indication available when the service will be completed, there have been very limited replies to requests (only 2 times) and only with standard wording. I asked for full reimbursement so that I can check alternative providers, but instead was offered vouchers. You will for sure agree with me that is quite ridiculous or shall I lose another year on a service not being performed?
Unfortunately I lost my money, but would like to avoid others to experience the same.
