Awful decision, it was scam because they want more money from Direct unlock for my iPhone. It to many excuses and they don’t want to give me money back for my iPhone!

This company advertised they couod unlock any phone to any carrier. Asked for 29 dollars and the 50 and the 300 and they will not give me a refund.

In short money spent, time wasted, money lost after promises made. 1 month after paying for this company's service, I still have a blocked phone and they finally emailed me to say they could not unblock my phone but would issue me a useless credit in case I decided to use their services again. No refund... beware, Save your money and but an unblocked phone.

I turned to DIRECTUNLOCKS.COM with the hope of unlocking my phone for a switch in service providers. After conducting preliminary research, and reading more than 50 positive reviews in different pages, their platform seemed trustworthy and their promises convincing. However, my experience proved otherwise. Not only did they fail to unlock my phone, but they also withheld my payment and provided no customer support when I reached out. The entire process was frustrating and an absolute waste of time and money. If you're considering using their services, I urge you to think twice. It's clear to me now that DIRECTUNLOCKS.COM is a scam. Protect your hard-earned money and avoid them at all costs. You will end up paying more than $100 for a link to your email, which will be used to ask you for more money."

I've ordered IPhone unlock on February 3rd 2022. The first few weeks unlocking process was going well, until it stopped on 99%. I've contacted Direct Unlocks on March 4th 2022 and received an email stating: "As soon as we get an update back for a service resuming for your carrier / model combination we will email you". Since then my phone is still on 99% and estimated 7 days remaining. I've contacted Direct Unlocks on April 12th 2022, November 27th 2022, March 7th 2023 and March 8th 2023 but received ZERO ANSWER. WHAT A JOKE, WHAT A SCAM. ONE YEAR AND MY PHONE IS STILL LOCKED. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DON'T EVER HAVE THE DIGNITY TO ANSWER THE EMAILS.

HIDDEN PRICES... BE AWARE!

This company will try charge you twice...

First charge me $28 for "eligibility".. but later at 50% of the process, tray to charge $48! for "release your code".

Hidden cost, not upfront prices, no full refund... very disappointed

PS: Right now the company send an email "punishing me" because I'm "doesn't ask for unlocking code" .. and... "As a goodwill gesture" give me (instead of a full refund) a credit note to use inside the company...

I will never buy nothing here and surely will rate this company the lowest review available

After submitting your IMEI for unlocking, we have had response from our provider that this device does not ask for an unlocking code when an incompatible sim card is inserted, and instead requires unlocking via a Device Unlock App

As such, it is not possible to unlock this device with a remote unlock code via IMEI.

Prior to purchase, our website states that if your device doesn't ask for a code, we won't be able to unlock it nor offer a card refund due to costs incurred (see screenshot).

As a goodwill gesture, we have given you a full value credit note for $28.79 which you can use at any time for a different handset. Simply click Use Credit Note on the Checkout page.

These devices can be unlocked by requesting a code via a 'Device Unlock App' - [link] - contact your network provider for assistance, or go into one of their stores.

Stay well clear of these bunch of thieves, they took my money could not unlock my phone after 7 days of them trying even though on their website it says it would take between 0 and 22 hours and if they couldn’t unlock my phone I would be entitled to a refund. They pawned me off with a credit note when I emailed them asking for a refund not a credit note they refused to answer me. Bunch of thieves.

I paid for a phone unlock and it said it would take 2 days but when it reached 99% the timer stopped and it just says Estimated time remaining: IMMINENT. I would like my money back.

I think I got Scammed again I just hate I payed almost $75 total to get my iPhone 13 pro max unlocked all they did is mess up my phone all I get is numbers with A plus sign in front of it like I'm calling from abroad or something I think some one should shut them down immediately

I have been waiting for about 3 months to get my phone unlocked from this website and every time I try to contact them, they send me an automated email ignoring my request for a refund. The website promises to unlock your phone within 10 business days, it’s been about 3 months. They take your money and longer with their automated emails clearly showing that they are never gonna take a responsibility for the failure to u lock and refund for the unsuccessful service. This is a shady SCAM website and needs to be reported to the authorities!

This website domain may have been legit in the pass but is seems that this no longer true. they claim that they can provide an carrier unlocking service for mobile phones, a process i am familiar with. There is a bait and hook, you are offered a fast turn around on how long it will take but what you originally pay for is not what you are expecting. They reveal after you pay that this is a 'pre-order' where they do nothing more than IMEI check. I felt very uneasy when this is revealed as they ask for another more expensive payment to do the unlocking service. Then you are left with a decision do i just cut my losses or believe that they actually will preform this service. i shouldn't have but i did more for my curiosity and 5 weeks later there is no doubt this is a scam. nothing done on order but

Unfortunately, my experience with directunlocks.com has been horrible. I requested (and paid for) an iPhone unlock back in November 2021. It’s now March 2022 and the phone is still locked. At first, status request emails I sent to the company received responses (granted, all that I was told was to wait). Now, they won’t even respond to anything. I’ve requested a refund multiple times and I’m not hearing anything back. I’m sure some users have had success, but for me that’s definitely not the case.

I purchased for my iPhone 11 pro to be unlocked. That was over 24 hours ago and every time I go to tracking my order it says it's still at 10 percent because it's waiting for payment. So 24 hours later it pops up in my bank account that the money had been taken out right after I placed order. I have sent emails and no response. I tried calling them and it's in another country apparently and of course it just rings and rings.

Its a ripoff, never unlock a phone. I give the 2 phones Apple and Android the did not unlock any of them, and no refund, because not meet carrier createria , if it was not under contract i would ask them to unlock for free. Don’t pay to them anything, just call your carrier and do it yourself.

It is a scam

Don't use it. After having received your money you are asked for a second payment. You are also informed that you cannot be refunded on the first payment, despite no service have been provided. After some time they don´t even bother to answer back. Hope you do not fall for it as I did.

This company is a total scam. They tricked me into paying $28, thinking they will be able to unlock my phone. After 3 days, they said my phone could not be unlocked, so I have to pay another $130. I tried to get my $28 refund, they stopped replying my emails.

Please do not go near these people. They are operating a fraudulent business.

I made the mistake of paying £23.99 to unlock my O2 phone. I was dismayed when I received an email asking me for a further £20.13 to complete the job. Looking through the website, there is no mention of this double payment. It is a scam and I will approach my bank to force a charge back.
The website does not conform to card payment norms and should be closed down.

I went on the site gave me a price to get my phone unlocked paid it then I was hit by anougher charge to get it unlocked i query it luke said the first payment was for a pre check then the other was unlock charge u told luke that my phone was hard locked and I need a mck code as well as network code luke said that be included in my charge i told him my phone would not unlock with out it he reassured me it would be included i waited 48 hours for it to come to me and I only received the network code no mck code knowing full well my phone would not unlock without it I was lied to and coned I had to send a video to them showing my unlock code not worked i sent multiple videos and screen shots to luke in reply he said he could not open the video how convenient I am now fighting for my money back stay away from these scamming company
