I ordered Bio Supplements 2 weeks ago and I have emailed and have not received a response as of this email. I also tried calling the phone number provided on the website and it goes to voicemail and I can not leave a message due to the mailbox is either not setup or full.

Due to this I want to cancel my order and get a refund immediately. I would like a response as soon as possible. Thank you for your time.

To date I have not recieved anything. I did manage to call and a Rashad answered the phone on 9/18/2023 and i asked about my refund status and he said for me to text my order number to the number I called and he will get it done first thing the morning and thats the last communication. Still have not received my refund.
