Type of a scam Online Purchase

Definitely a Scam

Ordered 46$ worth of merchandise only revieved. 1 item after several emails only offered voucher for future purchase or 5$refund. They basically stole my money then refused to refund or send items ordered.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Tried to phone after getting no where with email. No one answered.

They say satisfaction guaranteed but its a total scam.

Order multiple items from website for a total of $122.33. Never recieved items. Emailed multiple times and constantly got message it was coming. Never came.

Family member bought 8 items from diamonddotart.com and out of the 8 only 3 were what she ordered. The other 5 were not at all correct. She told them she would return the incorrect items. She asked if they could send her the correct items or give her a refund. They kept staying they could not give a refund and after some back and forth offered $14 and that she could keep the incorrect items. So they kept her $88 of the items that were not correct and only offered $14 back and would not send the correct items. Seems like they do not send correct items to customers or they send poor quality and then do not uphold the satisfaction guarantee claimed in the about us section on their website. Seems like they try to keep most of your money and then not give you the correct items or the quality of items boasted on their website. Although the number is based in the US the products came from China. I have uploaded photos of the email conversation between a family member and the company.
