Contacted via email. Scammer contacted to ask for my time to consult for a "client" of the scammer and consulting fee. Told the scammer that I'm free to talk to their client and would do it for free and that their client should just reach out to me directly. Scammer insisted on both a phone call to explain the setup as well as their confidentiality agreement and contract. Realized that I'm in the early stages of a scam and broke off communication. Scammer did a good job though. A legitimate Linkedin profile and the company actually exist. Should have known better when I saw a foreign phone number.
