I applied to the position online through ZipRecruiter, and then heard back from the company that they would like to interview me. The “interview” was a set of 10 questions that I answered via email. I then heard back at 9:30pm that I had received the position “from the CEO” of the company.

I then reached out this morning after a gut feeling of something not being right and was told I would be sent a check to purchase equipment needed. I then asked for the company’s phone number and was told I would be reached out to instead.
