Facebook ads showing a very supportive but comfortable no-wire super firming jelly bra with wide shoulder straps.

Over a month later I finally received the cheapest, flimsy and wrong size bra. I immediately sent an email to customer service asking for refund. They do not want it back, I would have to pay to send it back, they offered $3 and suggested I give to a friend. Very frustrating to pay for the wrong size and horribly cheap product.
