I was mailed a letter saying that I have an estimated balance of $27,000 in credit card debt but I only have one and it isn’t at that level. First letter I ever got from them but it says that this letter is a “second notice”.

I received a 'important second notice' to my residential address claiming to restructure my estimated creditor or credit card balance of $17,0000. I have no knowledge of any outstanding creditor balance of that amount, nor does it claim who the creditor or credit card balance is with. It provides a telephone number of (800) 319-2366 and a deadline of Jan 15, 2019. The correspondence acts as if it is representing a creditor that I owe money to, which it doesn't say who and solicits my contacting them for a settlement of a debt that is non-existent to my knowledge. I have never asked for their communication, business or contact, and find it offensive.

This company claims that moneys are owed and that they can arrange it so that a discount is given if I agree to pay so much money per month. They have also contacted my sister via telephone numerous times. They started contacting me by phone but I blocked the number.
