I call the number that was attached to the text. saying I owe 799.99 and it was authorized. I called the number in the text message asking him was this PayPal and he said "yes". I then asked him what the payment for he says "A bill" and I asked him "For what bill?" and he couldn't give me straight answer. I told him "If you can't answer the question I'm calling the Better Business Company". He say "I am the Better Business, are you a Dumb A#&?" I said "No I'm a smart A#&" And ended the call.

Scammer called personal cellphone and work landline phone. Claiming to have documents for a case against me. Had my name correct, however said they needed my address and hours I would be home to sign for the documents. Also asked me to verify my DOB and SS#. I did not give them any of this information and they hung up. They have called at least twice a week for the last 3 weeks. They always hang up when I will not give them my personal information and when I call back they put me on hold and never return to the line.

They called and said I owed a previous hospital bill and was going to take me to court if not paid. Wouldn't give me the lawyers office names but knows my address and all my info. I also didn't go to the er during the time frame they gave.

Scammer has called 5 times from since nov 23. Nov may and twice june 27...then somehow got my disabled mothers number and called her. Theaten that i am going to be served a summons or have been attempted to be served and they have wrong address. I called cleek of court and there is no summons. If there was they would just serve not call. Supposed old debt 28 years old. Contacted a lawyer he said its a scam. Looked up this number and found that it came up as a scam as well. Other numbers associated with it are 866-961-2407, 844-766-2834. Tgey speak of a lawyer named NAME that is handling said case all case numbers habe been different each time they call...threatened to go to my work and called my moms phone and left a message.
