Scammer called saying the call is pertaining a personal matter in regards to a pay day loan, there will be a wage garnishment placed and a lien under my personal information. I am already a victim of identity theft since the pandemic . When asking question they will hang up. If you do not answer their questions ; they will hang up.

Hello, my name is Carol Miller and I'm calling from the offices of Sullivan and associates we have received some time sensitive documents regarding a pending matter involving. We have already mailed out several notices to the last address on file and there has been no response back Firm is left with no other options We will be moving forward with all the necessary actions required to resolve this pending issue. This is a courtesy. Call to see if there are any questions. Please call Sullivan and associates at 855-562-5559 Again the number is 855-562-5559. It's imperative you return the phone call immediately please reference case number.

On January 21, at 4:13PM,

I received a call from 1(844)421-4767.

A voice message was left on my cell phone, prompting me to contact them.

Quote Message:

This is Dan Wilson, from document processing regarding certified documents that are scheduled for delivery at either your home or place of employment. We have made multiple attempts to contact you with no response. This is a highly sensitive matter, and requires your immediate attention. To avoid missing the courier, please contact the issuing office at 888- 213- 4332.

When I contacted the 1-888-213-4332

An unidentified woman answered the phone, using her caller ID, she looked up her records and verified a date of birth, she then placed me on hold for a brief moment.

The unidentified woman then proceeded to inform me about a debt with Capital One that she claims I owe. She claims the account was closed in 2017, and that there is a civil judgement against me, and that Capital one was looking to settle this matter immediately.

A person named Richard stated he was calling regarding court documents that are filed under case. #400-9250 CR. The attorney in charge is Allison Clark. If I didn’t contact her she would file a failure to appear in court.

Hi, this number 1-866-307-5818 is threatening me to send me documents Case # 2024-195238 by January 6th, 2024 not 2025, they have send this message to my whole family and this is a scam via text message. Please stop these scams from locating my family and I am not waiting for any documents for them to be threatening me and my family. Called my mother and used my maiden name. Asked her to pay the fee to prevent my impeding arrest for a personal and very serious matter, but offered no other detail. Used fear tactics to try and get my mother to pay them a fee to keep me “from being arrested”.

She knew it couldn’t be legit, but we see how this could work in certain situations.

I received a phone call stating that I was going to be served legal documents in 5 days (it is friday and they stated it would be Monday.) I was told I must be home between 1 and 3. I was told I coud contact them if I had any questions. Upon callling I was sent to voicemail. A little later someone called me back, this time from a different number. 408-906-8457

Definitely a scam. I had the same exact phone call. If you look the number up it’ll give you info on a law firm. I looked up the address on my gps and there is no law firm at that address.

They are calling stating that I owe U S Bank, when I know that I don't owe. They had the last 4 of my social. When I did not provide any info. they were rude. This business does not come up on Google search when I checked.

Received a call out of nowhere and after speaking with the lender MoneyKey and all the other debt collectors, they stated this but also someone named Gina Torres calling from a Northeast MD number stating she is a process server and would not provide anything else and left a voicemail. They both called around the same time even the United Law Firm tried to use abuse of power to state they will send me to court.
