Type of a scam Employment

Manager "******* *****)", if that's even her real name, refused to shred the personal information I filled out on their application after I changed my mind about proceeding with an interview. It was when I said I was calling the police did she take the initiative to completely black out my personal and highly sensitive information on their " company-owned" property.. Also, the disclosure agreement they expected anyone to signed was a copied handwritten generic looking thing. This lady was aggressive with me and would not let me discard of the paper I had written personal information on ( addresses, social security #, driver's license #). She actually tried to snatch the paperwork out of my hands as I was walking out. Then, refused to shred my info once she had it , and then only sat down and scribbled out my personak info on the paperwork ( my social security # and driver's license #) AFTER I said I was calling the police. These people are attempting to steal and keep highly sensitive info of others even when they change their mind about interviewing with them.For all I know, she used magic marker to block out my highly sensitive information, and still has my information.
