I ordered Milwaukee toolbox off of Facebook for 98.00 used my bank card used PayPal I received a email stating it was delivered from USPS I never received it I did a dispute on my account I got my money returned that was September then I got a reverse provisional on my bank account they took my money out of my account 98.00 that put me 75.00 negative in my account my bank can't do anything about it now I called PayPal 10/21/2021 today they said they are waiting for my bank to reply to them hopefully this gets fixed I'm disabled living on social security I just want my refund or the tool box email is [email protected]

I completely got scammed by the seller PayPal and my own bank not received my Milwaukee toolbox I paid 98.00 for and no refund I completely got screwed I'm disabled and broke now negative 98.00 in my bank account they robbed me

Not yet on refund PayPal don't protect there costumers but I still have a dispute pending as of today since July 2021

I am the licensed owner of Dawan LLC. I was not aware of the fraudulent activity until I started to receive messages from individuals that wanted the status of their orders. I was very shocked!

I am in the building phase of my company and I have not initiated selling any items online or on any other platform. I have not received any money from your purchases.

I just happened to stumble upon this page while working on my business. I have been advised to submit a police report and grievance to PayPal. I will use some of the information that I've collected from this page. Can someone tell me if my number was listed on any of these sites? Although I was grateful, I was surprised that my telephone number was available.

If I have any updates I will come back and provide it on this page.

I too have been scammed by this same website using PayPal as their backup to show some legitimatecy.I believe PayPal should hold some responsibility for not being solid and allowing this to take place.

I too called PayPal to dispute the use of my business name being used for Fraudulent Purchases.They advised that you all call their Fraud Department at 1-402-935-2050 and reference their Buyer Protection. Program.

A couple of people informed me that they did get their money back.

My investigation as the LEGITIMATE owner of Dawan LLC is under review. If any of you can consider removing your comments I would greatly appreciate it, as I am a victim too. Thank you!

On July 3rd 2021 I was browsing on Facebook and an advertisement for a Sony 65" Bravia Telivision for$89.00 and seeing the PAYPAL Logo on the advertisement I figured it was legitimate so I bought one . They took my money out of my account and sent me this

I also bought a 65" TV from Dawn LLC PAYPAL that was advertised on Facebook for $89.00 . I thought I was dealing with PAYPAL so I wasn't concerned for the first week but it's been over a month now and I sent an email to the site and have yet to receive a response. So I'd like to get a refund for this SCAM WHICH PAYPAL IN MY OPTION IS AT FAULT FOR NOT SECURING THERE SITE. RESPECTFULLY FRANCIS TURINO
