This company is a third party medical record provider which is used by Attorney's to request records for clients. They recently changed their name and website. They send Emails informing you that the records are ready for download. Then you have to log in and pay for the records before you can download them. This is the second time this week I have paid for records in advance, then when I download the "records", it a "correspondence" letter telling me that there are no records!! So I have paid $130.00 this week alone for nothing! They have no phone number listed on their website or on the invoices I have paid. Just an Email address, [email protected], which usually results in a cryptic email back saying they can't resolve the matter. These people are making money hand over fist for doing absolutely nothing!
