I had to keep following up with them to see where my order was and not surprisingly I found out they lost the tracking... As you can see how inconvenient that is I complained and they offered a 50% refund which we NEVER received.
We FINALLY received the order almost END of October to find it to be of horrible quality with tears and holes in the jacket. We took a video and photos and demanded a full refund as the jacket wasn't even wearable, all while offering to ship it back to them because we would never wear it in the condition it came in. They are absolute frauds that just want your money and to run from issues. I want their website taken down for the sake of everyone who's getting screwed over.
They have reviews everywhere claiming the same issues as fraudsters and scammers. We need to get them removed from the web.
