I requested a full refund because the item I received does not match what was advertised. I have photos of the product listing along with a photo of the sweatshirt I actually received to prove it.

The listing clearly shows a “Subdued” brand hoodie with fully sequined, shimmery wings. However, the item I received is a different brand, and the wings are not fully sequined or reflective as shown in the advertised photo. The design, quality, and overall appearance are noticeably different from what was promised.

These discrepancies between the advertised product and the item received constitute false advertising. Based on this, I requested a full refund including shipping, but they refuse to reimburse me.
