SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It is the worst customer experience of my entire life! Originally, I wanted to create a CV as they advertised this service, for 2 dollars. I am used to subscribing to various services and have never had any problems previously. I created a nice CV this time (could have done it for free somewhere, but I had to do it asap) and was charged 2 dollars. However, it turned out to be that there was fine print that I hadn't read, because, as I've mentioned before, I was so nonchalant about it because of my previous positive experience. So, as it turned out, one morning they charged me 25 dollars out of the blue. I was shocked. I didn't remember SUBSCRIBING to anything! It was especially sensitive to me because I'm from Ukraine and every single cent is important to me. I wrote to their support in a kind way, as I used to do before with other services, to kindly give me a full refund. They replied that according to their policy it was impossible. So, the fact was that I hadn't really agreed to any subsription. It was only written in fine print, which is abslolutely misleading! As a customer, I am entitled to get a full refund of a service within 14 days without a reason. I began sending them multiple complaints mentioning this problem. I was still very emotional. They sent me two emails and then started ignoring me. Then I started writing to their live chat many times. Once, they only referred to their Terms & Policies and quit the chat, then ignored most of my messages and when I only pretended to be another customer, they answered that I was being impolite to them as I wrote that if they didn't fulfill my request, I would go to the police and file a chargeback request at my bank. It's such a mean trick to steal from unemployed people who are literally at war now! I must warn you that these scammers operate all around the world: there are websites in Ukrainian, Russian, English, Spanish, etc. Their physical address is in Amsterdam so I have filed a scam complaint to the Dutch police.

They believe nobody would care for $25 dollars and go to the police because of that matter, but they messed up with a wrong person.

24.95$ auto deduct on my account

Same experience.

Had an auto deduct of 24.95$ which they didn't tell upon registering.
I already paid for 9$ for my resume but after 7days free trials they auto deduct more. I emailed them but same auto templated messages.As if it our fault that they have these hidden charges 🥹
Kindly help take down this website it's annoying and stressing us out.

The elaborate website for CV maker offers to template your employment resumé for a fee. There is "no obligation" 7 days after initial use, but the company will not respond for requests by phone or email to stop automatic payments monthly. Requests and /or demands to stop taking reoccurring payments are ignored. A "subscription" is stopped, but "renewed" the following month for reoccurring monthly payments without telling the user.

In our case, we generated ONE resume, paid the fee, and were unable to stop subsequent monthly unauthorized payments until threatening to file a dispute in cooperation with the financial company. We have had to close our debit accounts. CV makers have an office in the Netherlands, but a mobile phone in New York, which they rarely answer. We receive very unprofessional responses about having "been unclear", which is not the case. And the withdrawals continue..
