Type of a scam Online Purchase

They do not respond to emails

I made a purchase for picture frames on Nov 10. I got a tracking number that says it isn't found when tracking. I sent an email on Dec 6th, 8th, and 11th requesting an update or refund. I have not gotten either. I sent a message today letting them know I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Very unprofessional company.

I ordered two mini handheld chainsaws from a Facebook ad. I received an email thanking me for my order and one that my product was to be delivered. It had a tracking number. When I tapped on that number it took me to a tracking site that said the item could not be found. I have sent four emails to them requesting an update, asking why the item was not showing up on the tracking site. I have not received any response. I paid $219.99 on my credit card. They stole that from me! This was the wording:
