I did the same. I ordered a product for my niece. At that time they did not have PayPal on their website.I ordered Jan 9, 2025. So I did a payment program called After pay. So they did not obtain all the money at once. I noticed the payments coming out of my account. By the second payment I started emailing them. I notified AfterPay that I had not received any tracking # or no communication at all from them. The last payment was coming up and I notified my bank and After pay again. I sent the fraud department everything I had. You don’t have copies of the emails sent through the app, so I started screen shots. I received a notice from Afterpay that my product was delivered. I contacted the company again and asked about proof of delivery. Everyone takes screen shots of deliveries. After Pay stated they sided with them. How they came to that decision is beyond me, because no one contacted me. The reason I used the after pay app was to have some way of recourse if they failed to deliver. My bank gave back the 3 payments that they already received and stop payment on any further payments. After pay didn’t even follow their own arbitration agreement. What a waste! Now I have to explain to a 5 year old why she is not receiving the gift that she asked Aunt Anastasia for.

I did go back on the Afterpay site and the company stated that they know it has not been delivered and they are having issues, but they are not open to a refund!
