I ordered two sets of what I thought were full dentures. Their website shows a picture of what you will receive compared to what you wont receive. All I received was two thin strips of what I call "mickey mouse teeth" with some white beads. Website says 100% no hassle guarantee return policy if not satisfied. I contacted them several times and they never responded. I haven't even tried the product because it says to get a refund it has to be "new and unused". So how are you supposed to try a product to see if it works when in order to get a refund it has to be "new and unused." To sum it all up I did not receive what I thought I was ordering and when contacting customer support I received no response at all. Filed a claim with Paypal which was denied with them saying this product was not covered under the terms of Paypal Purchase Protection. This company is scamming people and able to get away with it. They say they will refund your money but when you ask for a refund they will not respond back to you. They use different email address such as: [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected], to name a few.
