They sell product on website a pilates board and multiple attachments with it, offering lots of free items on top. I received the product a week later. Item didnt match the box, from item picture and description its missing 2 attachments. Also none of free items total 4 was included. The training video they say they provide is blank link. I emailed 3 times to say product doesnt match, they say it is the product and all free item are gifted out, yet its still online on website, false advertisement. Sure its ok that free items are limited, but then why i was send a lower level item from i purchased. I compared 4 websites to buy it, and this one offered most products even though another website offered free training app. I am missing 2 attachments push up and phone holder from original item i purchased. Eventually they said i can return and told me to send it to China at my own cost… what a joke
