Someone called our office and asked to confirm the delivery address for an order. A toner cartridge subsequently arrived at our office for our printer that is on a maintenance agreement which covers all replacement toner cartridges. I mistakenly thought perhaps it was an auto-fill from our maintenance company since no one in the office had placed an order for the toner cartridge. A week later we received an invoice for $298.00 for the cartridge. I reached out the maintenance company and confirmed that this business is not affiliated with them and advised that we "most likely have gotten hit by a toner pirate". Having since googled the company, it does appear that this is the case. If someone calls to confirm a delivery address, I'd advise that you ask them what it is for and who placed the order and confirm an order was placed before confirming anything.
