This company is used for laundry machines. You use the app to activate a machine. Seems simple enough, but if a machine malfunctions, the app still takes your money. If you put in a return request, you can only do one return request at a time. You cannot submit another request until the previous one has been finalized. Which means you have to wait for them to approve a two dollar refund before you can submit another refund request. I don’t know about you, but I do my laundry weekly. There is a large margin for error. I have lost $10 so far, which doesn’t seem like a lot. But when you realize that apartment complexes across the entire country are using this app, and I am definitely not the only person having this problem, then you start to see the issue. This company is holding onto, I am guessing here, thousands of dollars in refunds that they will never approve. I have been waiting for my first refund for almost a year now. I have had four other instances since then where the machine has malfunctioned and I haven’t been unable to do anything about it because the company refuses to process their refunds in a timely manner.

If your apartment is using this app for their laundry rooms, be aware that you WILL lose money, you WON’T get it back. And if you put too much money on the app, there is now way to get the money back. A devious scam through and through.
