Itold them i tried to withdrawl my 0.005099btc and could not. This amount is less than .02btc that i was informed i was allowed to access. The online support person stated again i need to deposit a total of .02btc to access any funds. They changed the requirements the moment i met them and then denied me access to my original funds. They are still denying me a refund of my innitial deposit even after i requested it and that i was not going to be moving forward using their platform. I informed them that once they refund my innitial deposit of 0.005099btc they can close the account. They keep stating over and over that i can access my funds once i reach premium status by depositing up to a total of 0.02btc.
Received a phone call from the number listed. Claims was in Uk but call from Ontario canada number. Told this person about how this website took the money and moved the goal posts. They changed what was explained the previous day. Says that because i made the required deposit without him on the phone i created a problem. I told him i did what he explained the previuos day, and then their story began to change. Saying this website was just to show me a start up bonus and was never meant to have deposits made. Exact opposite of what they explained to me the previous day. I have no doubts they wanted to be on the phone when i deposited the money so that when i got denied access and promted to deposit even more money, he could try and convince me to keep giving more money. I believe i was set up and this person was working with this fraudulent website the whole time. Both the website and this person denied me a refund of my deposit even when i told them to keep their bonus. The website kept doubling down with having give even more money to gain access to trading and my balance. Eventhough this person claimimg to be a broker instructed me that this sum of money needed to be deposited on this platform, then denied me a refund. Instead they claimed if i deposit half the money required he would come up with a bonus for the remainder so that access and those funds can be released. When i said no more money and that all i wanted was to have my 213 dollards refunded and to stop this pursuit, they began belittling me and accusing me of screwing up trying very hard to guilt trip and manipulate me into continuing.
Eventually when i confirmed again that i was not going to be refunded i told them there is nothing more to discuss. I told them i was now going to hang up the phone and i did hang up the phone.
By applying on the quantum ai website i received a tremendous amount of calls from all differnt numbers all across canadas east coast. I was never set up on a trading platform that was automated and i lost money in the process. Before talking with this individual i received a call from a quebec number that signed me up to plus5fx. I paid 250 euros. They took a long time to set up an account on a trading platform but never set up automated trading. Everytimwe they called they asked for more money, and i always told them no. I made a few trades on their platform that seemed legit, only to be scolded for it by the person passing themself as my account manager. They set up 3 different manual trades and 2 hours after, closed the account. I tried to log in and received a message "no content found". When i called the account manager from the number we were in contact with, the number said it was not inservice.
In total i lost 583 dollars cad.
I never at any point got set up with automated trading as advertised, and lost money.
