The company, Travel Unravel, had a 8883736754, which is suppose to be Royal Carribean, transfer to their number 5162025228.

The representative acted as a representative of Royal Carribean. Somehow he went into my account in Royal Carribean and charged the packages reqeusted. However, they also charged $634.81, without authorization, and without my knowledge that they were charging an unlawful fee.

I am disputing this amount with my credit card company but this company and their employees should not be allowed to continue scamming the public.

Mailer for Cruise Enthusiasts Show 2024 received providing a promise of 7 day cruise on choice of major cruise line if a number is called and a claim number from the mailer is provided. Mailer indicates a "Event" but does not list date or location other than at Hilton Garden Inn. On outside of mailer "Warning $2,000 fine, 5 years imprisonment, or both for any person interfering with or obstructing the delivery of this letter, US Mail 18 code 170"

Offer 5 nights 6 day vacation including an eight. Day seven night cruise once the packages is paid for the number they give you is bogus. You can call them on the hour for days and evening and can never get a hold of them. You can email them and never receive a response.
