Latest email below from Elise Cox bullying over 60+ people on a deposit refund list for this breeder. Most if not all of us are over the refund timeline. We all have different contracts to. Some are not dependent on future deposits. Do your research, don’t give this breeder a deposit, you will regret it! Look at all her reviews!

Hello,
I apologize for the wait in receiving a response back. You are on my list of refunds. You will be refunded in full. My contract stated refunds are refunded by more deposits coming in, which false negative reviews and slanderous and defaming posts have made almost obsolete. Normally, it would have not taken more than 60 days as stated in my deposit form. If you have a false review posted, it would be beneficial to you and to me to remove it.
My negative bank account is preventing me from affording many things including health insurance and even attending my drs appointments for my high risk pregnancy let alone refunding more families. I am and have been in the process of obtaining a loan to refund my waitlist this month. Along with the 2 litters going home this month to aid in refunds. Your patience is appreciated and it breaks my heart and has caused so much stress to me that I have not been able to send refunds sooner.
Please provide Zelle info or alternate info that allows me to send your deposit back. My Venmo has been reported by this hate group and has been shut down for “animal sales”.

Thank you.
Elise

Deposits were NOT your money to keep. It was a deposit for a refundable purchase. You should promptly refund your clients who ask for their refundable deposits. Anything less is fraud.

Elise Cox, the owner of Cox Family Doodles, LLC, advertised her business as a small, home-based, ethical breeder. Her website stated that the $500 puppy deposit is refundable. A waitlist with names was posted publicly on the website. Social media posts showed the parent dogs and the litters. We paid the $500 refundable deposit and were on the waitlist for almost a year. During that time we never received an update. The social media posts became more and more rare. The public waitlist was never updated and eventually taken down. The few website updates and/or social media posts became hostile, angry, and outright rude. The owner threatened people who emailed her with removing them off the list. A lot of other people started sharing their stories and horrible experiences. We've reached out via email to ask for an update and to request our deposit back and haven't heard anything from her. She continues to advertise her business but is unresponsive and has stolen thousands of dollars from people.
