They sent me a product that doesn’t work and sent it to me very very late. When I realized it doesn’t work I reached out to customer service and they gave me instructions on how to get it to work correctly. It still doesn’t work and I’ve reached out five times asking for a return because their website says 30 days return. No one will respond.

RECEIVED LOW QUALITY ITEM, DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE https://cowgad.com/
THEN ASKED TO RETURN. THEY SAID IM DOING IT WRONG, SEE INSTRUCTIONS AND HAVE A NICE DAY.
THEIR WEBSITE SAYS 30 RETURN GUARANTEE AND THE RETURN INFORMATION IS SKETCHY AND NO RETURN ADDRESS LISTED ON WEBSITE. ON WEBSITE IT SAYS YOU MUST REACH OUT FOR A RETURN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DEFINATELY A SCAM PRODUCT. I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY ABOUT THIS ISSUE.
