I saw Buffalo Bills Starter jackets advertised on their website at a cheaper price. The jacket pictured looked exactly the same as other reputable websites that I have made purchases from in the past. I purchased two jackets back in January and they were not delivered until March 4th, 2024. When they arrived they were jackets created to look like starter jackets. They appeared to be hand stitched with the Bills name on a fake front pocket and the big logo on the back. They even stitched a fake Starter Logo on the sleeve. There was a invoice in the package from Karachi, Pakistan. The website advertised 100% satisfaction guaranteed and hassle-free returns. I contacted the company right away regarding the fake jackets and they initially offered to refund me $40. I had to go back and forth for almost two weeks, being passed around because they did not want to address my concerns. I got $152 refunded because I threatened to report them. They would not refund the full amount because according to policy, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping, even though they sold me a fake product. I have saved the email correspondence I had with the company,

Cotosen is a China based company with the cheapest of the cheapest quality products . I ordered a shirt and when I received it 60 days later it the tshirt was paper thin and they forgot to silkscreen a whole message that was on their advertised site ! Then they tell me after I sent them the pictures that I would have to pay for shipping to China or they would give me 14 dollars and keep the defective t shirt !!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM FOR 25 days and they just get worse and worse !

Please do not buy anything from them . You may not even get your order sent . That’s what I read about them .

As soon as I made my purchase, the email I received looked odd as to other websites I’ve ordered from which led me to believe something was wrong! I’ve sent emails and I receive responses from them that are just lies, I never received a confirmation number or tracking number!

I placed an order online never received. I was charged the responded to my email saying it was processed. I keep emailing and nothing is received. Reviews said it was legit.

The scammer had a believable website almost exactly like the original, however the products were cheaply made and shipped from China. The original website lists the scammer’s email as a scam site and that official products are only made and shipped from the USA.

I bought a dress that was about $70 and looked incredible with gorgeous sequins. It arrived by mail absolutely hideous and not at ALL as advertised. I attempted to get in touch several times over the last 2 months to no avail. Emailed customer service again and email and website domain no longer exist.

I ordered a sweatshirt brand Essentials Fear of God and was sent a counterfeit. I tried returning it only to learn it will cost me an additional $28.05 to ship because it was made in Pakistan. As you can see from the photo, it doesn’t have a legitimate tag. The lettering is iron on stickers as well. The website led me to believe it was real. The company offered me a 40% refund. This feels like I’m being ripped off.
