They advertise comfortable, orthopedic shoes. The actual product resembles shoes but is made from hard plastic. They have weird dimensions (narrow heel and wide toe), a hard plastic sole, no insole just a hard flat surface. They are completely unwearable.

The shoes were shipped to me from Ajax, Ontario but in order to get a return I have to send them to China.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals from the Facebook site Harper & Sage. They said they were a company situated in Toronto. I order 2 pairs of sandals that were deemed as "genuine leather" and my first point of concern was when I was trying to track the order and couldn't get a response. It took over 19 days to arrive and after several emails I got excuse after excuse. They arrived yesterday and the products are absolute garbage. Plastic material, NO LEATHER and plastic wedge. I reached out to the company right away and they asked me to take photos of the product. Its been a nightmare! They offered a new item and I would just have to pay the shipping. After declining that and asking the process to get my money back and where to send the sandals they said it would cost an additional $20-$30 and no guarantee that a refund would even be possible. I am outraged and I know this is a scam website.
