hi, I purchased an item via an Instagram advert that looked to be a local Toronto business saying high-quality goods. All of the images and reviews appeared above board. However, I’m not receiving my item I explored the website a little bit more and realise there was no address or phone number for the business And eventually my incredibly poor item arrived from China. I thought I was supporting a local Toronto business and instead I have received a unwearable item. I’ve tried to contact them for a return and have heard nothing back.
